HOW THIS SHOP WORKS
We don’t hold inventory. We earn a commission when you buy from the merchant we link to — which means we have no reason to talk you into the wrong bottle, and every reason to send you to the right one.
Contraindications, drug interactions, and the plain cases where you’re better off saving the money.
Elemental magnesium, not compound weight. Curcuminoids, not turmeric. Servings, not capsules.
Including when it’s thin, mixed, or negative. We never say “clinically proven.”
At least three real ones on every product. Nothing is right for everybody.

WHY WE BUILT THIS
Two bottles of magnesium sit side by side. One lists 500 mg of magnesium oxide, the other 200 mg of glycinate. The bigger number is the worse product, and nothing on either label tells you that.
That is the whole reason this shop exists. We read the labels properly, we read the research honestly, and we tell you what we find — including when the answer is that you should keep your money.
